  I went to Burlington Coat Factory in Lawrence, NY. today to buy some clothes. As I was looking for a shirt for me and my brother-in-law, I left my cart in the main aisle. When I returned to the cart, my cellphone, which I had left in it, was gone along with the cart. I immediately ran to the cashier to ask if someone had found it and left it with her. She said, no. Then I looked around and and saw Annamrie S, the store manager. I told her what had happened to my phone. She immediately referred me to security downstairs; she went down with me and explained to the security guard my story. She started looking for the customer who had picked up my cart and cellphone. Within 15 minutes, security saw the man who had my cart on the surveillance camera. Annamarie S. walked around the store with me looking for my phone. She dialed it, and there he was the guy with my cart and cellphone!! BOTTOM LINE: Annarie, exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service at Burlington Coat Factory in Lawrence, NY. She shared my concerned and did not stop helping me search for my phone. I will definitively recommend this story to all my family and friends. Thank you, Annamarie!!
